New EVOS color fluorescent inverted microscope

This is the new EVOS color fluorescent inverted microscope that we will be using to enhance our stem cell program.  Some uses will be to determine live from dead cells using propidium iodide vs calcein AM, RFP-fused mitochondria and GFP-fused actin.  As we become more experienced I am sure many other ideas for use will be generated.
